Luxury Pashmina guarantees the quality of the products we offer. We are doing everything possible to make sure you get the most authentic Pashmina product as fresh as it is handpicked from the expert artisans in Kashmir who spend a minimum of 4 days weaving a single Pashmina product.
All Pashmina products are made on order and ship from remote villages of Kashmir, India. So, to protect the hard work and efforts of Pashmina artisans the Pashmina Products are not eligible for return & refund.
However, in case of manufacturing defects and damages due to mishandling by shipping partners you can write us at [email protected] for the exchange within 7 days.

How to Exchange an Item?
- It is highly recommended to check the Handmade Disclaimer before raising the exchange request.
- After checking the “Handmade Product Disclaimer”, If you still think the product you received has a manufacturing defect or got damaged in shipping then you can write us for the exchange within 7 days.
- Just drop an email to [email protected] with the subject as “LP Exchange”
- As soon as we receive the exchange request email, one of our team members will get back to you on top priority to resolve the issues.
- The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering.
- The product should be returned in a well-packed box to avoid any damage in the transit & with a complete labeled address.
In these scenarios, exchange is not accepted:
- The product is damaged or has been tampered with in any way.
- The product has been used, worn, washed, or changed in any other way.
- Pashmina products are prone to a slight variation in the design, colour, and pattern work; therefore we may not be able to exchange your order if the same are your criteria for making the exchange.
- Inquiry about any doubts that you may have regarding the products before going for the final purchase may be asked at [email protected] and have all your doubts instantly.
- The products are of traditional Pashmina standard quality but not to your personal liking in terms of taste and colour.
